The Palms Hua Hin is a large Luxury Pool Villa on a gated community with 24 hr security, spacious open plan living area, brand new refurbishment and fully equipped, with private amenities perfect for guests looking for a great getaway. Our 10m x 5m pool is 1.2m deep a great depth for children.
About The Palms
NEWLY REFURBISHED LUXURY VILLA
We bought a run down 6 bedroom pool villa, removed a bedroom to make a more open plan lounge and living area. We plan to do phase 2 of the refurbishment at the end of 2023 installing a new kitchen area and outside bbq area. Phase 3 of putting a roof on the large top terrace will begin in 2024.
The Palms
All our bedrooms have air conditioning and fans, with 2 air conditioners in the lounge / Kitchen area, 2 of the en suite bedrooms have separate entrances from the garden which makes it more private for couples staying in a large group.

Peaceful and Quiet
I rent out my place back home as well so I have certain expectations when booking a house to stay in during my holidays and I wasn’t disappointed at all when I saw this place. The villa is situated on a gated community, perfect place to relax but I would recommend a car or bike to get around. Big Villa, probably too big for just the 2 of us staying but we prefer having all that space to ourselves than being in a cramped room. We treated the place like it was our own house, I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Well kept, clean, and absolutely stunning! the swimming pool was amazing!
Paul is very nice host he is very friendly and responsive, Paul’s father met me for check in as he lives next door and showed me around. The villa is in a private quiet location, extremely well kept, clean, and absolutely stunning! the swimming pool was amazing, clean and very large.
There is 24 hour gate security and everyone is very nice and welcoming. The village is about 5 minutes by motor bike or car from main road. A grab taxi to the centre or Soi 94 was about 100-120 THB, 2 local markets were nearby as well as 7/11 and Big C. Overall our stay was great and we hope to visit again!

Lovely villa

Great stay
Had an amazing week in a beautiful villa there is not a single criticism I can think of. The private pool was our favourite. All around an unforgettable experience of which we are certain to return again!
